I have been using RDA for nearly 50 years. The first small paring knives were sold to me at a Church fundraiser. I also bought some a few years later from, believe it or not, an Old Order Amish variety store. For the best quality and durability I choose RADA! I have found none better than RADA products anywhere else.

I love this parer because the blade is just slightly longer than the standard size parer which makes it super versatile. You can cut a small mushroom and an apple without needing to switch out knives because this knife blade is long enough for both.
