On receiving these items, I've noticed the metal handles seem MUCH lighter in weight than they used to be. I still have one paring knife I use that I've had for years and it is much heavier. These new paring knives don't feel nearly as balanced in my hand. I am disappointed in this respect.

Received this set last year at Christmas from son and daughter-in-law and LOVE, LOVE LOVE them! This set is the most versatile and best set of paring knives you will ever own. Planning to get my other son the complete set of kitchen knives and steak knives for his new home, this Christmas. And since I visit him a lot-- I will get to use them, too!!!

I love RADA products! I have been using them for years. I thought I had purchased the set with the black handles and was momentarily disappointed but saw the mistake was mine. The knives stay sharp which was why I immediately went to purchase them when the post was made. LOVE LOVE LOVE them and now will be buying the chrome knives, lol!

I love these knives i bought them when i work ed A coworker sold them for a church fundraiser every year. bought them from her every year.And that has been over 11 years ago and i still have them and use them. want to get new ones cause they arent that sharp any more But would recommend them to everyone .Wont be sorry for sure
