This set is probably the best set of paring knives I have ever used. As a home cook and food preservationist (canning, juicing, dehydrating, etc.), paring knives are always a go-to for me! I have used Cutco and Pampered Chef for the last 15+ years and decided to give Rada a try. Completely impressed with the quality, function, and esthetic of the knives. I look forward to building my Rada collection in the coming years.
