The knives themselves are great. Light, sharp, beautiful. However, the milling on the handles is rough and unpleasant to the touch. They will require some sanding for a better hand feel.

My mom, who passed away, had 2 silver paring knives that we always remember her using when cooking big Greek meals for the holidays. My sister and I each took one. My sister always wanted another, but we couldn't find them in local stores. So I started my search online and found Rada. She was soooo excited to receive the Paring Knives Galore Set.
