I can attest to the knives being sharp. I have managed to slice my fingers several times. I'm just not use to really good knives. One thing that might be looked into is the handle right beneath the blade. I punctured my finger while using a knife and it was worse than a slice. My husband took a file and filed down all the sharp edges to make them safe. I love these knives.

Once I placed my order, I received my knives within a week. I have other paring knives that just do not "cut" it and were much more expensive! The Rada knives are really great. I am using them daily! They were our “go to” knives that we used on a daily basis. Due to long term neglect on our part the handles broke off.
