I bought my first knive quite a few years ago through the local High schools kitchen and found it to really hold a edge. When it gets a we bit dull a couple swipes on a steel and it is back in super sharp shape. Much easier to sharpen than expensive Chicago Cutlery or other store bought brands. Seriously the best Chefs kitchen knife I have. So I bought a spare and 3 or four other knives.

Great quality and cuts my homemade bread perfectly. Smaller size and light weight makes this knife very easy to use. I can cut with it much easier than the longer, heavier bread knife I had been using. Love the Rada knives, they have been my preferred choice for many years and this 6" Bread Knife is definitely one of my favorites.
