This bread knife is perfect for smaller-sized loaf breads and rolls. I especially like it for croissants and buns. I have been a Rada user for years and I love their products (my knife drawer is full of them :) ) They are very affordable and you can count on a lifetime of use. My first Rada purchase was a French chef's knife 25+ years ago and it is still my go-to knife for everything from deboning a chicken to whatever else I throw at it. I have had some of my Rada knives & peelers for 40+ years. When they start to dull, my husband sharpens them & once again, they are cutting like they are new. I give them as gifts. The recipients tell me later how much they love the product. All of my Rada products are hand washed, they never go into the dishwasher. You can't go wrong with a Rada purchase.
