I gave my expensive knives away and only use my Rada Knives! They are the best you can find and cost the least. These knives makes kitchen work, easy.

This knife too short. Never use it. Can't cut Italian loaves or anything big. It is sharp though. I have the discontinued 10 inch bread knife and I love it.
