I have had my classic utility knife for 10 years now. The knife is still as sharp as when I bought it. It is one of my favorite knives I own, I have a lot of knives.

BEST, MOST VERSATILE, KITCHEN KNIFE

The Shun Classic Utility knife is the absolute best knife I have ever used. All of my other expensive knives have gone unused since I got this knife. I would challenge anyone who didn't agree with me that this is the ultimate knife....the one and only knife you will ever need.
