I sharpen knives and have

I sharpen knives and have found that the Shun line holds the edge very long. We now have 4 of them in daily use and they need my attention depending on usage about once a month for a tune up with daily and or weekly stropping.

Good sharp knife. A tad small and awkward so I don’t use it much. Not ideal for large prep items. Can’t find a smooth consistent motion with it

Ultimate bread knife

I wanted a serrated bread knife for bagels and baguettes shorter than the 12" one I've had for years. I love this one because the cut is precise and doesn't shred the bagel. It's also good for cutting the tomato or anything else you want in the sandwich. I use it for more than I thought I would.

The knife I didn’t know I needed.

This is a great all purpose knife. It cuts through vegetables, especially great with bell peppers, and fruits with ease. It’s a great shape for spreads on bread. I was surprised at how well it cut through a variety of cheeses and meats. It won’t replace my chef’s knife but it’s a good addition to my knife set.

This knife feels good in my hand. Not too big or too small of a handle. And it cuts my sandwiches in half like they are made of butter.

This knife is a sandwich savant

The only knife you will need when making sandwiches as it effortlessly slices bagels/crusty breads, tomatoes, meats, cheeses, avocados, pickles and more. Also great for spreading the mayo and mustard.
