Hard to install, noisy

Not the easiest to install. Makes a lot more noise that I feel it said it would. Is loud when it turns off and on. I thought I bought the model that made it so it would be less of a hard turn on and it is loud when it does turn on.

Cool and Quiet! w/ a View!

The installation video could use more close ups! We have the 10300 Btu. Model. When I tried to separate the two sections by myself, (as illustrated with smaller models) I met with resistance, trying to extend them to the furthest (3rd) position! They had started to come off of their tracks, but I had not damaged anything! So extending the sections on this larger model, is also a two-person job! With the helper I planned for the lift, we easily got them back on track and fully extended. Even with that glitch the installation didn't take long. The weather stripping, could be a bit easier to cut. We have exterior brick sills, (so, of course), the knobs of the "adjustable supports / adjustable bolts" extended beyound the bottom edge of the Brick! It's holding steady, but slighty larger "knobs" would be helpful! (Don't you hate it, when in the course of reading an Owners Manual, in different paragrahs, it refers to the same part by two different names!!!) Anyhow 24 hours later it's running cool & very quiet! And it's nice having the view back!

Excellent and QUIET air-conditioner!

Have only had this unit for one month and have been very happy with it! It is much more quiet than a previous unit I had and does a great job cooling a large 20x20 room and adjoining bathroom. Set up and installation was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love this 10,300 btu window saddle ac unit, it works perfectly, very quiet. Install was a breeze after reading all instructions and a little measuring and prep, with the help of my wife it was fairly easy. It looks like it belongs and lets me use my window with no obstruction.

So Efficient, Easy to install and Quiet!

We are very excited about this model air conditioner with energy, saving inverter technology! The design of this air conditioner is ingenious as it’s sits so solid on the windowsill and allows for all but 4 inches of the window viewing area. The included foam blocks and weatherstrip material allows for a tight seal, so it can be there year-round.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great design and sleek profile. Love the way it fits over the window sill instead of on it putting unnecessary stress on the actual window and the window frame plus no ugly exterior bracket for support. Very quiet unit. Only thing to improve on is the lettering on the remote, very difficult to see. Would be better in black lettering.

Love how quiet the unit is and that the display shuts itself off so the lights don’t both you…. But what is the green flashing light on the front right? Slightly annoying when you are trying to sleep and it’s basically 5 feet from your head.
