Will not run even one hour without error code. Followed all the instructions in manual
This unit is not designed well and should not be have critical errors within a few weeks out of the box. Dissatisfied and disappointed in this unit

Cold, quiet, attractive

Blows really cold, runs quietly. Installation pretty simple, relatively speaking. We haven’t had very hot days since my purchase and installation so it’s not been sorely tested yet. But I have a feeling it’ll be just right.

Easy to install. Works great for the room around 400 square feet. Allows us to still get natural light through the window. May purchase another for a different room. Highly recommend!!

Needs more depth installation options. Builds up water near drain area and fan catches it and makes rattling noise. Pleased with how it cools.

Wonderful unit. Easy to install with two people. Eco mode keeps my entire 1,100 square foot cottage with loft cool and dry. I do have a box fan running on low to help move the air through the entire house. Quiet operation, nice low profile look, insulation materials are clean looking and make a great seal. I watched the GE install video. I read reviews regarding water leaking inside after a while, a guy on you tube has a great video on an easy fix for that, too, so no worries, it a simple clog. Worth the trouble because it saves you the constant emptying of condensate water, it’s pumped outside with this unit. I considered a free standing unit, so glad I bought this instead. I don’t even use the remote or Bluetooth, no need, I just set the temp and mode and forget it, my home is so comfortable with zero hassle, very little space taken up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
