Yes, the paring blade are so nice and sharp. Paring knives are the most used knife in most homes.
Sometimes we here people getting multiple of the same paring knife somthey always have a clean one available. Other cooks like to have a variety of sizes and vary which one they use depending on what they are cutting. What is your preference?
