I have 3 of these Peeling Paring knives. I absolutely love them. Very sharp, fit in my hand perfectly and I know they are a life time brand.
I've had these Peeling Paring knives almost 2 years know. You would never know it. They look as beautiful as the day I received them. And the blade is just as sharp. I'll never buy any other brand. Extremely happy with my purchase. Well worth the investment.
