This knife fits my hand perfectly, making it easier to peel, slice and dice foods without getting hand cramps, and feeling safer. The blade stays sharp (I also love the sharpener) so I can do up several meals before I need to sharpen again. I’ve always loves Rada knives, and this one is another winner, in my books!!!

A friend introduced me to RADA cutlery years ago. They lived in Iowa and I always bought the knives for myself and for gifts ( at a street fair near them). They now live in Florida.
Recently, I decided to buy some more knives as gifts for our daughters for Christmas. ( They like the ones I have given them in the past.)
