Hands down, this is my favorite knife in the kitchen. I bought a second one, because I use it daily. I'm tempted to buy a third. It's sharp and slices so easily. It's the one I recommend to anyone purchasing Rada for the first time, along with the knife sharpener. Great little knife whether you are just starting to cook or been doing it a while like me.

I purchased this as a gift because the Cook's Utility is in constant use in my kitchen! The smaller handle and shorter blade make it so versatile!

My granddaughter was selling Rada products for a fund raiser and I didn't hesitate. I had some of their knives and I love them. I ordered more and can't believe how fast I got them

Before I got my Rada knives I used to say, "I hope before I die I find a good sharp knife".... Great news: I found that knife in my Rada's knives. Loved them so much I bought some for all thee women in my family.
