I’ve been using Rade pairing knives for years. I picked up a cheese knife and a slicing knife along the way. Being completely satisfied with their performance. So when I needed a knife with a little more blade I went for the Cook’s utility knife. It fits perfectly in my hand. I especially enjoy its light weight and balance! It stays sharp and cuts most everything I need for meal prep. I Look forward to adding to adding more Rada knives to my collection!
