The size is perfect for smaller jobs. Of course, the sharpness is a given. I love it and use it everyday. The pairing knives also live up to the standards. Will be ordering more in the future.

My mom always had Rada knives and I purchased some years ago for my family & I recently purchased some for my daughter. It's a tradition in my home! They feel nice when you grip them. The sharpener is really nice. I purchased the Pasta Sauce and really like it. Thank you for a great product!

The Cook's Utility knife is the handiest, all around knife that I lacked in my dinnerware drawer. It is easy to use due to the handle and it is sharp, which makes for easy utilization on the carving board.
