Nice and sharp. I really like the size, not too big and can get the job done.

Love how these knives stay sharp...I have gifted them to my daughter and sister-in-law. These are my "go to" knives for everything!

The Utility knife has become one of the most useful utensils in my kitchen. Razor sharp with a great weight to it, makes chopping/dicing everything from vegetables and meat to garlic and ginger easy, and quick, with uniform results.

I have had several off your knives for many years and they are the only ones I use. There was another one that I wanted and I found it on your face book ad so i ordered one and once again I love it. What can I say I LOVE ALL OF MY KNIVES NOW!
