Nice use of spacial sound but too many issues.

Purchased over the Holiday season. The microphone is very weak. Even though it has 3 sound levels for the mic, they're all pretty much garbage. The battery worked great. Hours of wireless game play at first, now suddenly it goes completely dead when I have "medium" battery life left. I guess "battery power low" only works half the time. This isn't the first time my headset did this. Plugged it in and played MW2 "wired", hoping the headset would charge during game play. 4 hours later, it was still on low. As for Dolby atmosphere, thats fantastic. I can hear if my opponent is upstairs, downstairs, or ambushing me from thr side. But this alone doesn't justify a purchase. Communications between my team is essential, and having the headset completey due during combat stinks!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great connectivity throughout the house, and the best audio quality from my previous rig headset. Highly recommend this headset. The Dolby atmos audio system with it makes it even better.

They say they are great quality and mute out the outside noise around the house. They can listen to their music as well as play online with other people with their games. I would recommend this item.

Love this headset BUT

Even when my headset is off/on the charging station, as long as the USB stick is plugged into my Xbox, my Xbox won't turn off. Sucks I have to unplug it and then reconnect it every time I want to play. I mean I still love the headset either way but it's a little annoying.

Great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this headset with my laptop to talk in Discord and the sound quality is great. The mic seems to be a bit iffy but I dont hold it against the headset because it's more likely that I need to adjust my mic settings than it is that there is something faulty with the mic. It is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, doesn't take up too much room on my desk for the charging base, and looks pretty cool over all. I do wish that plugging the base in to the computer for charging also connected the headphones to the computer as well instead of needing the extra USB stick for connectivity but it's only a minor inconvenience, nothing terrible. They were easy to set up and use, and the range of functions on them is great, including turning just the mic on and off with a button, adjusting the volume, putting the mic up or down to also turn the mic on or off, etc. Over all I am very happy with the quality of these and will continue to adjust my settings to make them how I want them to be!

-lightweight headset when compared to other brand headsets
-set up is pretty easy and they got a quick starter guide
-Mic is very flexible
-the sound clarity is amazing
-we need to download an app Dolby atmos access for more amazing audio
-it has auto adjustable straps which are very good
-ear cups are very comfortable and soft
-easy drop off charging on the doc station is awesome . Fixes it right in place
-compatible with windows 10 , Xbox and more
-3 levels of head set adjustable
-great for new gamers with Dolby atmos access available for great audio experience
-affordable range for the quality it’s giving .
-easily available online and in stores
