After disconnecting the headset the sound doesn't come back to the tv. Also having issues with it not connecting when i turn it on, and having to restart my xbox for it to connect. Inconveniences give it the 3stars

The mic is too low

The sound is more than perfect, but there are no ways nor options available to solve or deal with the low mic volume, it will just not work more than 4% according to the Microsoft "Test you Mic" option, Windows 11.
My teammates can barely heard me.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter but I have one just like it and for the price, it performs quite well…wireless connection with Xbox and PC works really well and charging stand is a plus

The power button sticks and now I can no longer turn the headset on. Haven't even had it a year, waste of money.

Amazing Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have amazing sound quality and are very durable. These headphones are Bluetooth and the charging station charged the headphones extremely quick. I also think the I will buy another pair for my son that is also in to gaming.

A good set of headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my sons the RIG 800 Pro HX gaming headset. I and both my sons liked the fit and sounds of the headset. I liked that the headset has its own base charging station, makes it easy to keep a charge and also preventing being misplaced since it will have a designated spot when not in use. Easy to also switch use between our XBOX consoles and Windows PCs.

Microphone has a small area where it is effective, otherwise the user can sound like they are far away. Needs to be directly infront of the mouth, almost touching your face
