[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this headset. I’ve only used wired headsets in the past, and this wireless one is a game changer. The sound is crisp and clear. It’s very comfortable and didn’t bother me to wear after hours of wearing it. I really like the microphone. It’s very adjustable and picks up my voice well. I also like the controls on the headset. You have a volume control, a mute for the mic, although you can also mute the mic by just flipping it up, and a chat/game volume mixer control. Another huge positive is the wireless charger. The base plugs into a USB drive and you just place the headset on it to charge. All in all it’s a very impressive headset and I couldn’t be happier with the comfort and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RIG 800 Pro HX headset is not bad. I usually don’t like wearing headsets because they make my ears feel uncomfortable but the RIG 800s are comfortable on the head and ears. They aren’t overly heavy either like other headsets. I would recommend this headset for any gamers, specifically console players
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Rig 800 Pro HX wireless Xbox gaming headphones. These are awesome. I love how it has a 24 hour battery and comes with a charging stand. The audio quality is the best I’ve ever had. Gaming online with friends is so much cooler and fun with these. I love how light weight and comfortable these are. I love that these have Dolby sound. I highly recommend these. I will be purchasing another for my teen.

The crystal clear surround sound 3D audio makes my gaming experience more enjoyable and realistic. I also like the base station where I can store my headphones and recharge them. I also like that it's lightweight and very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg I love these for Friday night gaming!! They have brought so much happiness to my life lol. They are comfy, light on my medium-ish head & the audio is amazing, rich deep bass with balanced sound! I can experience all the explosions with life like clarity, makes me feel like I'm inside the game lol. The game/chat switch is convenient & I really like the flip to mute mic. Everything you need is built right into the left ear cup. The magnetic charging base is also nice and solid, didn't slide around my desk so can be put anywhere. The charge has lasted several days of playtime without draining & I'm able to walk downstairs with no loss of signal. The headphones tell you how much battery life you have when you turn them on so you always know if you're ready for a marathon or not. I'm not the techiest user but I appreciate quality audio & I would purchase these for my family members in a heart beat cz they can't use mine haha
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'd say these are a great set of gaming headphones with some caveats. If you're willing to live within the confines of what they offer, you'll end up with an easy-to-charge set of headphones that won't hurt you for wearing them an extended period of time
Pros: * Cross Platform Functionality: First off, the cross platform value of the headsets is hard to beat. It's a USB connected wireless receiver that I was able to successfully test on Mac, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu). In all three platforms, audio not only works, but the built-in audio controller interfaces with the OS master volume meter * Weight: These are exceptionally light and easy to wear for extended periods of time. Whether you're going to be gaming (or streaming) for an extended period, they're not going to be hurting your ears * Charge capacity: Once they're charged, I haven't had them die on me in use * Ease of Charge: The included base station makes it easy to store the phones in a regular place, but also make sure they're being charged without having to rummage for a cable it uses
Cons: * Microphone: The microphone itself is horrible in quality. It's input is tinny and high/mid heavy. Not useful for anything other than gaming (Don't try to use it for home office work) * Bulky: The headset is ginormous and bulky. For private gaming, that's probably OK, but it can look kind of goofy to wear it for a live stream * Audio Quality: The audio quality is very limited. You get an audio experience very much tuned to the high / mid frequency range with little to no bass activation. That's not a bad thing persay, but if you're looking for immersive audio, you won't find it here * Charging Station: The charging station can take some work sometimes to get the headset into them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid headset compatible with Xbox Series X/S and PC Overall it is a good headset that has good sound. I Enjoy Dolby Atmos being one of the features. Durable as well as comfortable and lightweight. I like that the charging base is magnetic makes charging it super simple. The earcups are nice, their soft and comfortable. Some things to take note of are the charging times are a little on the high side. It takes 7 hours for the headset to get a complete charge. The headset will disconnect and reconnect randomly while in use. Not sure why that happens. The range isn’t great. It’s good if you don’t leave the room but trying to walk across the house was a no go. The microphone is stationary and doesn’t detach. It has a Mini usb when type C is becoming the new norm. Even with the downfalls it’s still a decent headset and works well when it’s not disconnecting.
