Honestly, I can’t believe this one got past the patent stage. It’s such a great concept; unfortunately, the two pieces of plastic connecting the pop socket to the rest of the case are extremely flimsy. I used the case for only 2 weeks before those plastic pieces wore out completely and broke. And once they break, the case is useless if you want to use a pop socket with it. Do not waste your money. I’ve never had an issue with an OtterBox product until this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pop Socket design is Flawed

Seems I am not the only one who has had a problem with the pop socket on the back. Two weeks and it has already broke. Terrible design and poor craftmanship on such a cool and smooth case. Very uncomfortable and awkward to push pop socket back down. Was this even product tested? Highly doubt it. Now I'm on hold because this warranty cant be done via self service.

If you are in dirty conditions it will not pop back in flat. I thought it was a pop socket like my old case.
