I bought the Pop Defender Case for my new phone about three weeks ago. I'm a little disappointed with the pop handle. I love the defender but the pop-up doesn't allow the phone to lay flat if you need both hands. I wouldn't purchase it again.

I bought this for my teen. We loved the built in pop of our previous symmetry case. This one is so heavy that the pop is unable to prop it up. Also so bulky that it doesn’t fit in his phone stand.

This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.

The Defender provides great protection as well as stability when handling it. I have small hands and can hold my iPhone 11 securely and the added pop, I can take photos and videos with one hand which is great.

It’s good case. I had this same type of case for my old iPhone 7. I kind of wished it came with a belt holster but the Defender case + Popsocket does NOT unfortunately. (I had to purchase it separately.) It also doesn’t come with a built-in screen protector; you also have to buy separately, unfortunately. But it DOES come with an extra Poptop of your choice. This is the one I got.

The heavy duty amount of protection is exactly what I wanted for such an expensive phone and case. However, I paid extra for the pop socket feature vs the other case version, and the case is too heavy to use the pop socket as a prop like I usually do. If I had a plain case and my own pop socket, I could adjust for the weight. Since this is built in, I'm a little annoyed. But over all, I am happy with the purchase.

Great protection but pop does not work as a kick

The defender works well as a case bit is very bulky and negates the slim features of the iPhone 11. Also, the case arrived with NO instructions on how to place the iPhone in the case - a serious ommission whicould have resulted in damage to the iphone. I had to go on line to find a user prepared you tube instruction. Not good enough at this price! At the very least reference to an Otterbox prepared video instruction would be expected. Also I could not find a way to let Otterbox know about this problem!
