Did not protect like it should have

I bought this case after I dropped my phone and the back shattered. I figured it was because I had a cheap case on it. However, the exact same thing happened again last week, and the back, again, shattered. The case is also turning yellow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although we put forth every effort—from design and materials to manufacturing and post-production testing—to ensure our cases will be up to the challenge of helping to limit such discouraging outcomes, unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that prevent us from being able to eliminate all risks.
Our warranty won't be able to help with device repairs or replacement, but we'd very much like to help get you set up with a new OtterBox to address the unusual and unsightly discoloration your current one has taken on. Just give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we'll be glad to assist you further.

Minimal Protection

I’ve had this case for a month and my screen is already cracked. There’s little to no protection from the case and the only upside being that it doesn’t make your phone bulky.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, we are so sorry to learn of the damage your iPhone sustained while under the watch of the Symmetry Series+ case. Were you using one of our screen protectors along with the case? Although we put each of our cases through rigorous drop testing, the use of an additional piece of the display of one's device is never a bad idea, especially in the event of a direct hit.

Yellowed After 2 months

Messing up screen protector

I got this case a couple weeks ago when I got my phone and had a new screen protector applied too. Not the screen protector is lifting when the home and volume buttons are. I do like the MagSafe charging magnet though.

Although we aren't able to guarantee compatibility will all of the third-party screen protectors available these days, an Otter one should work great.
