Slippery with non protective on side buttons

These are problems with this case.
Extremely slippery to the glossy finished.
Side buttons are overly exposed.
Not enough protection.
These happens at least 1/2 dozens everyday.
dropped the phone or slipped out of the pocket, hand.
The phone got turn off, taking home page picture or trigger my emergency contact due to these overly exposed side buttons. Hate this case with a passion!

Although the streamlined Symmetry Series+ case was designed to allow for an easy grab from pockets and such, as well as easy use of the iPhone's side control buttons, we certainly weren't out to encourage any mishaps or unnecessary frustration.

Zero Protection

I've been a fan of the Symmetry series for years. I'm new to iPhones, and this was my first Symmetry for an iPhone. Phone was knocked off a 4' table, and the back shattered. The raised surface of the cameras was cracked and chipped despite the raised edges of the case. Zero protection...what a waste of money!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Case yellows

I bought this clear case hoping to have a low-profile look that still shows my phone color. Well ... it turned completely yellow on the edges. My guess is that's why Otterbox has implemented the new design with the color block edging now, but that doesn't help those of us that bought a defective case :( I'm super disappointed in this.

Dropped phone and it’s cracked- no warranty!

This is bogus! It is nice looking and I like that it is mag safe but they are doing nothing about my phone being cracked all over from one drop!

I dropped my phone and this case did NOTHING to protect it. The whole back of my phone shattered. Absolutely will not purchase again.

Looks good, doesn’t protect

I had this case less than 4 months. Dropped my phone when I stepped out of my car, and the back smashes into little tiny pieces. We’re talking 3 foot drop here on pavement. I’m very frustrated, because I should’ve never switched from my original glunky life proof. New phone wouldn’t be smashed.
