I got this when I bought my 12 Pro Max. its very pretty, but the pop socket feature doesn’t actually work. I can use it in my hand to hold it, but if I try to use it to prop my phone up on a table it falls right over. I would recommend a phone case and pop socket that come separately. When you close the socket the phone still wobbles, it doesn’t lay flat on the table, which I thought was the purpose of being built “into” the phone case...
I wouldn’t recommend...especially for the price.

The case is great except for the pop socket. The pop socket did not support the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the phone kept falling down. Unfortunately I had to return it.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. I went from using a iPhone 6s Plus and a Defender case to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Instead of purchasing a Defender case this time around (mostly because they didn't include the front protection cover), I decided to go for something to show off my phone. I got the clear case with the cute little bee as the Pop Socket. The Symmetry case is surprisingly sturdy. The back of the case is very smooth and the sides have this hard rubber that allows you to grip the phone nicely. The case is very hard to put on and take off, so I won't be switching this case with another and then back and forth. I like the integrated Pop Socket, I wish you could extend it out just a little bit further. I took off a star because it's just not in the right spot or long enough to rest it on the Pop Socket. Overall, I'm glad I purchased another case from Otterbox. I've been using Otterbox cases since the iPhone 3gs.

By far the best case I always knew otter case is where the best in my opinion so when I got the 12 promax I knew I needed this one with the removable pop socket strong quality My case is clear but glitter to still see style on my phone! I bought one for my daughter and a case for my husband too.

Looks good, feels good in the hand. Only The real issue is that when it’s “popped” it won’t stand up on its side. Half the reason for the pop socket! If I had known, I would not have spent the money, wasn’t cheap at all.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I like the case overall but the type I got has the pop socket built in. This part does not work with the iPhone 12 pro max. It will not hold the phone up in any position. The new phone is slightly wider than previous models so the part of the socket that extends is not long enough for this phone. This sucks because I use this a lot. I didn’t send it back because I like the case and I know any other case would be the same way. This needs to be changed in your design.

I love the durability of the case and the colors, however, with the new IPHONE 12 pro plus it doesn't work with the magnetic charging or the car vent holders. It's because of the Pop Socket which is why I love this case but It would be nice if you could fix this issue.
