Hi, Jennifer!
We're sorry to hear that your PopTop fell off of your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! That's certainly unusual. If it's an issue with the case itself, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team through the "contact us" link below. If the PopTop is the damaged piece, we'd recommend reaching out to PopSockets Customer Service here: https://help.popsockets.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045694152-Otter-Pop-Issues
I really wanted to like this case - the glitter is fun and the case seems to protect well. Unfortunately the PopSocket is not strong enough for a bigger/heavier phone like the iPhone 12 Pro Max and despite following the instructions on a previous review, the phone struggles to stay up supported by the PopSocket. I have returned it as it is not fit for purpose.

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! We greatly appreciate your feedback about the stand feature on your OtterBox, and we'll be sure to get it passed up the ladder to our design team. We're bummed to hear that you ended up returning your case, but we hope you choose to give us another shot in the future!
After installing it I discovered the wireless charging doesn’t work even if I remove the rear attachment.

Hi Afalba,
We're so sorry you're running into some technical difficulties with this Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. This is strange to say the least because this case has been tested and confirmed to be compatible with Qi wireless technology.
That said, not all platforms are made the same, and there are some other dynamics that can be a factor as well, such as the placement of the device, etc. If we can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact us through our website under "How Can We Help You?" and select "General Questions," and we'll always do our very best to help
I’ve never owned an Otterbox but I got a new IPhone 12 so I wanted to be sure it was protected. I love this case! Now I get it that it doesn’t “prop up” on the Pop Socket well because it is such a large phone. But I still love the case.
Once I placed this order, I was sent the wrong item. I had to go to the online chat to communicate with the company due to the pandemic. The issue was corrected by sending the item I ordered plus expediting my order. My phone looks beautiful in this case. It gives it a glitter effect. I love it! My new iPhone feels a little heavy than I am used to in a phone but with this case, it gives a lighter weight. Sound weird but true. Thanks Otterbox!
Pro: 1. Very sturdy, definitely able to protect the cell phone. Highly recommend for the quality 2. The dust sand color is very nice, make my iphone shining 3. The pop up is great, as iPhone 12 pro max is huge, I have small hands but still able to manage it very well by this little pop up. Plus it adds character to the case, very nice overall.
Con: Nothing really is. The only issue I have is very hard to take it out of iPhone, I guess that is why the case can protect the phone very well. So please remember to put SIM card into the iPhone before you put the case on.
Because the pop socket is sunken in the case, I couldn’t fit my fingers behind the pop socket. And the case wouldn’t stand up on its side on a table so I could watch a video. I unfortunately had to return it. I ordered the otter box symmetry and a pop socket instead.

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case! We appreciate your feedback about the recessed PopSocket, and we'll be sure to pass your thoughts up the ladder to our design team. When it comes to using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.
If you run into any issues with your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team here: https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/contact-us
