The LifeProof website is rubbish. Barely any information on this case. I had to look up reviews for it myself to get the information I needed.
I then receive said case and find out it has no screen. So I start my quest to find a glass screen that fits the case. It takes me two weeks to find one and it's still not perfect.
LifeProof let me down.
Pros: Boating, Exploring, mountain biking, Skateboarding, BMX, Camping, Hiking, Rock Climbing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this case for protection of my day to day life. I am very clumsy and often drop my expensive phone so I bought this case knowing it would be safe. After using this case for a while I am very impressed with how it has held up. Very good design, sturdy and sleek. Also, I really love the fact that I am actually making contact with the screen as opposed to a film. Highly recommend

The case was very pricey. The USB-C cover gets in the way often. It pushes on the cable and will frequently loosen the connection. I find myself having to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable often in order to get my audio to start playing again. I like the see through design very much. It allows me to use skins on my phone which is nice. However, the lack of any grip leaves something to be desired. Do I see myself using this case forever? Probably not. Do I like this being the first case for my new phone? Yes.

This is my 3rd case from Lifeproof. As other cases, went on just fine and does the trick for my new Pixel 3 for around 2 weeks. My only complaint is I wish the flap to expose the power jack had just 1-2mm more to the bend arm so easier to get out of the way, but that is nit-picking, probably as I get used to it that this won't bother me.
Pros: mountain biking, Road Cycling, Hiking

While I haven't dropped my phone to know if this is actually doing it's job, it feels cheap. I have bought no name cases in the past that seemed nicer and sturdier than this case. I would say it's definitely not worth the amount I paid for it.
