It works very well and protects the surface of my screen, but is not as dust proof as I would like. I can see very small white flecks and a small amount of dust on the back of the phone.

I dropped my phone and used a claim. I needed a case that was going to protect from drops and farm use(running over with tractor by accident,. Falling down hay loft, water drops,. Etc. ). This case was generously given to me for free because I had needed help financially. I am a nurse also and working 60 plus hours a week so they opted to help me out. They provided a great sleak lightweight very durable case. This doesn't make the phone huge where you cant fit into pocket. It makes my phone look really nice. I will definitely refer and buy this in the future. Great company with very kind representatives. They answered my emails and phone calls very fast.

I like the case but the ones I have had in the past and I have had many had a full front piece. I prefer that style as it protects the screen on your phone. The new style does not.

Great as far as it goes

Good build quality, seems tough, feels good in the hand. But does nothing to cover the screen apart from the raised edges. This is the most vulnerable bit. Last life proof case I bought supplied a stick on plastic which worked really well. So I have to now buy separately, disappointing.

Hole in Case for Fingerprint Too Large, Scratched!

The case feels really solid, but the rubber around the sides of the case is thin and even in the first week, just pulling it in and out of my bag etc, tiny parts of the rubber started to come away. The volume buttons are hard to press. But worst of all, I dropped my phone on almost flat ground outside, no rocks, nothing protruding etc, and it scratched the area under the fingerprint sensor, because of the large cut-out. The Pixel reads my fingerprint easily and quickly on that small fingerprint reader, yet the size of the hole in the case for the fingerprint sensor is TWICE the size, leaving it more exposed. So now I have 2 silver scratches on the back of my phone within that hole.
So yeah case feels good and protected but can't even survive a 1metre fall (the fall was even broken, because it knocked into something else before landing on the ground)...
If you look at Rhinoshield's cases for the Pixel 3, the case surrounds the fingerprint area tightly, unlike this case which leaves a vulnerable unprotected area. It was 15USD cheaper too even with a screen impact protector.
Lifeproof also promotes its cases more for adventures and water activities rather than showing how drop-proof it is, so I actually do worry when I drop my phone, and now I have even more reason to!
I would MOST DEFINITELY worry if I were using this case on an outdoor adventure. I didn't even see any gravel where I dropped mine (urban area). But if you're the type who isn't afraid of scratches, Maayybbe it's Ok.
And lastly, I didn't even get my discount code sent to me despite filling in my email numerous times. Then I didn't even get a confirmation email after I ordered the case. Had to keep writing in.
I reckon I could actually get a cheaper case that is as protective, if not, more protective. But I do like the charging port cover and am happy to finally be testing out this brand. :/

I bought the cover for Pixel 3a one month ago. The cactus pink one. Being clumsy, my phone fell many times. Yet the cover is still good and my phone is still in good shape too.
I expected tho that the cover would include a screen cover too. I was disappointed it was not.
Pros: Exploring, Hiking, Rock Climbing
