GREAT PRODUCT. SIMPLE TO SET UP AND INSTALL. REMOTE IS WORTH BUYING. NOT ONLY GOT THE SIX PACK, BUT A THREE PACK ALSO. ALSO PURCHASED THE HEAT DETECTOR FOR THE KITCHEN.

Great Smoke & Carbon detectors

I read the reviews and was a little worried about installing these in a apartment building with no detectors. We had 2 apartments and 1 common area to protect. The 6 come all synced together so we separated them into units of 3 and installed them very easily. The instructions are very easy to understand and programing them only took a few minutes. These are far better then the BRK and Kiddie wireless detectors with 10 year battery life. I will be buying these again when I need wireless detectors. Great product

i wish it had come with operating instructions. did not realize there was an off/on button on the back and even when turned to 'on' it did not seem to work until the test button was used.

All of our products, including the SC07-W Wireless Interconnected Smoke and CO Alarm, include a comprehensive user manual inside the package. When turned to the "ON" position, the alarm enters its normal standby monitoring mode to conserve energy, rather than producing continuous signals. Pressing the Test button is the standard way to run a self-test to verify that the unit is powered on and functioning correctly.
