Sc07-w work mostly great with some quirks

Sc07-w work mostly great. I noticed that I have test them before they come operational. I also noticed that when I use the remote control for testing only certain units will respond but not all of them. I would have to keep going from room to room and testing them one at a time with the remote control. Otherwise they work fine.
The biggest problem I had was trying to align the direction of the unit. It is very difficult to figure out where to install the base to have the unit facing the correct way. This could have been easily fixed with a mark on the base station to make the install easier.

So far so good. These alarms were easy to install and seem well built. They've been installed for about a month and appear to be working properly. I am hoping that this brand will be better than Firex.

Product works great but website description is confusing. Thought it connects to Wi-Fi but it doesn’t and it’s a different model and can’t return it as I already installed it.

SC07-W Smoke and Carbon Monoxide and SD19-W smoke detector

I actually purchased both the X-Sense SC07-W Interconnected Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors with 10-Year Battery and 4 X-Sense SD19-W smoke Detectors. I was referred to this company by my local fire marshal captain. I love these two products. I bought them for my 3 unit rental property. The instructions were very clear and it took me about 1 hour to program them all and about 1 hour to install them. It was very easy and very fast! Also, now I am up to code and have a smoke detector certificate!
