Easy set up

Purchased the 6 pack kit to replace the mish mosh assortment of smoke detectors we had with varying expiration dates. These were simple to install and network together. Had all 6 installed in under 30 minutes. Now we have peace of mind and wont need to worry about whether its time to replace batteries for a very long time. Highly recommend.

Sc07-w work mostly great with some quirks

Sc07-w work mostly great. I noticed that I have test them before they come operational. I also noticed that when I use the remote control for testing only certain units will respond but not all of them. I would have to keep going from room to room and testing them one at a time with the remote control. Otherwise they work fine.
The biggest problem I had was trying to align the direction of the unit. It is very difficult to figure out where to install the base to have the unit facing the correct way. This could have been easily fixed with a mark on the base station to make the install easier.

So Far So Good

So far so good. These alarms were easy to install and seem well built. They've been installed for about a month and appear to be working properly. I am hoping that this brand will be better than Firex.
