I upgraded from Watch 4 to this watch and am very pleased with all the improvements.
I am already a fan of the smart watches for health tracking/exercise/etc but this newer format (classic) is much better for everyday wear.

TALKE ABOUT TAKING IT TO A WHOLE NEW LEVE OF SMAT TEC.
I originally got this to help me keep a eye on my blood pressure and my o2 levels when need to. Also able to keep giving me reminders to move around, and to make sure I was drinking enough water to keep me hydrated...
