Great watch, but it has some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it has all the bells and whistles i expected it to have but I've had several problems with it from the get go, and neither samsung nor my phone company has any idea on how to get it to connect to my phone service. Maybe the new Galaxy AI will have some answers for me, until then I'll just sit here waiting for a fix.

The only flaw I’ve encountered is a specific software glitch: the timer tends to lag or glitch when I am actively listening to music. Aside from that single issue, the build quality and health features are top-tier. It’s a fantastic device for anyone looking to balance work, school, and fitness.
