[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I want to start off by saying the galaxy watch8 classic is one of best looking and sophisticated watches I've ever seen and have pleasure putting on my wrist but like always, I always check to see what's beneath that pretty exterior... a whole Galaxy AI of features. I really like the interpreter and text call functions they're very concise and thorough but the health features steal the show, everytime. If your a health nut, you will very much appreciate this watch. The screen is not glitchy, its has a very fast and capable RAM and GPU. Very sleek and precision bezel design. 5 of 5 for sure. Its worth the price

Great performance, a look I've grown to appreciate

Finally traded up from my GW4C, which had gotten so slow it would sometimes take dozens of seconds just to pattern unlock. Makes the superfluid snappy performance of the GW8C all the more gratifying. Battery life has been a little uneven, and the Wear OS usage monitor not very useful, but having identified and disabled one apparent culprit, a tile for a weather app with more info and cooler graphics than the built-in one, I've never failed to make it through a day, even with a couple of hours of exercise tracking. Was reluctant about the squircle design, but I like it better on my wrist than in the product photos. Annoyed Samsung hasn't navigated FDA acceptance of some BP monitoring that was implied to be impending when I got the GW4C, and instead proffered a bunch of never-heard-of quasi-medical metric inventions no regulator (& few customers) would care about, or derive useful information from. But at least my "vascular load" is stable :-) My other complaints relate more to a new Wear OS device than this watch in particular, such as use of Gemini as the assistant, still missing key features I've relied on for years. All that said, I'm actually really happy with the watch. Beautiful screen, great performance, good band-swapping mechanism have kept the honeymoon period going.

Samsung watch 8 classic is a spectacular addition

I can use it to surreptitiously call people when I am working without getting on my phone. It's access to the Google Store makes it an easy watch to add apps to and update. I wear my watch with s screen protector and a case to prevent marring the finish.

Good tech, some glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been Galacy watch user since Samsung came out with one. This iteration is hands down the best of design and features compared to all the past watches.
I have never gotten so many compliments on my watch before. Almost everybody has asked me about the watch. It looks so good, sleek and stylish. It is a perfect blend of technology and the look that we are all used to.
The Galaxy AI feature when responding to people has also been beru helpful. Instead of typing on the watch, the Galaxy AI comes up with good responses which I can send with just two touches. Select and send.
