This product is great but has some bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think the watch is excellent, but there is a problem with WhatsApp because every time I log in, it only lasts a few seconds before the session closes and I get an error message, or sometimes I try to log in and it takes a long time to load and then an error message appears.
Sometimes the two-click function works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I listen to music on my phone but I can't control it from my watch because the watch says that no music is playing on my phone. I restarted my phone and watch but it's still the same. Something that surprises me is that Galaxy AI is very helpful and gives you the best answers, but I would like it to let you know about errors, such as when I ask it to set an alarm on my watch and cell phone and it gives an error, It only sets it on my watch. Once my watch was full of alarms and I asked it to set one, and Galaxy AI said it did, but it never did, and I thought the AI was wrong, but then I discovered that my watch had too many alarms and that was something Galaxy AI didn't tell me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my watch.the AI feature gives me more things to do and more information. With the health features I can keep track of several things which is good when you have lyme .I wouldn't have even though a watch could take calls and send text messages plus keep track of activities, search the internet and much more.

Best lifesaving watch you can have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having some medical issues where I would fall and pass out. I haven't been wearing my watch for a while. And then I heard that it had a feature that would call 911 if I was in an emergency situation or if I fail. Because I am alone most of the time this became something of a priority to me.
I live out in a rural area of town and there aren't a lot of people around me. One night, I took my dog out to let her do her deed, and I stepped outside and everything went black. I don't remember anything after that. When I came to I must have been out about ten minutes.And I sat up and I seen my watch was blinking. I couldn't tell what it was doing and then I saw lights moving around in front of me and I heard people hollering.Hello, hello, are you okay where you at?
It was the city and county police officers from where I live and they were searching for me because my watch had went off when I fell. They said dispatch had received a 911 emergency call from my watch.
And they were out searching for me trying to find my location. They had an ambulance respond and I was taken to the hospital and treated, had they not found me and had my watch not gone off who knows what would have happened if I would be alive this day. I'm grateful for Samsung and for the great watch that they have provided. And have made for this type of a situation. Had they not had that service and had 911 not been able to locate me by using it's locator things could have been more difficult for them.

Coming from a galaxy watch 4 classic, the responsiveness of the screen and the smooth motion between each tab is a massive improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extreamly happy with my 8 Classic. For a number of reasons. First of all the shape is more comfortable for my esp when working out and sleeping. The ai experience is something that Im still getting used to but so far its decent. The sleep tracking is slightly off. It doesnt track my sleep every night and misses the times sometimes. If I go to bed at 11 pm it records me going to bed at 2am. The step counter is much better this time around. It using the watch to track workouts is easier as well but samsung health doesn't catch all movements properly. Not the watches fault. My face apps all work well meaning I can make my watch my own better.
