Such a great watch! Finally a smart watch that looks and feels like a traditional watch! I really hated my rectangle watch and didn't even wear it. Classy and functional! Yhey really did a great job.
I traded in my Galaxy 5 watch for the Galaxy 8 and it was worth the improvements that came with the new watch, especially in the health area and increased battery time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When Samsung announced the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, I didn’t hesitate. I pre-ordered it immediately, driven by a mix of nostalgia for the rotating bezel and a genuine need for better health tracking. I have owned several smartwatches over the years, oscillating between different brands and models, but I have always gravitated back to the Samsung ecosystem. Now that I have had the Watch 8 Classic on my wrist for a significant amount of time, I can confidently say this isn’t just an upgrade; it is a refinement of everything a smartwatch should be. While many people buy these devices for notifications or style—and the watch certainly delivers on those fronts—my primary interest has always been health. I wanted a device that could act as a silent partner in my wellness journey, something that offered more than just step counting. I wanted actionable data. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic delivers this in spades, particularly through its integration of Galaxy AI, which feels less like a buzzword and more like a functional tool for daily living. Design and Unrivaled Comfort Let’s start with the physical experience of the watch, because none of the features matter if you can’t stand wearing the device. I will be honest: I was skeptical about the comfort levels. "Classic" models in the past have sometimes felt heavy or clunky, a trade-off for the premium materials and that satisfying mechanical bezel. However, the Watch 8 Classic is a revelation in ergonomics.
