Great look, but incredibly delicate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a samsung watch owner since the S2. I have enjoyed every single one and have had no issues at all. I currently own 2 samsung phones a galaxy watch ultra and I decided to try the new Galaxy watch 8 classic because I really appreciated the new look and that they brought the bezel back. The quality of the screen is fantastic, the bezel works like a charm, but during my first week with it I dropped it from my chair to the floor and the screen cracked. Had it fixed with samsung, got it back, less than 2 weeks later watch goes dark and can't get it to turn on or charge. Sent it to samsung again but apparently on the first repair they removed the IMEI from the case and so since they didn't find it they sent it back damaged without calling me or finding a solution. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand since service has always been the biggest value Samsung offered. Clearly that is not the case anymore, and for a product at this price range with horrible service I don't think I want to take the risk of buying their products anymore.

The best elegant smartwatch

Its standout feature is its integration with Galaxy AI, which helps provide more accurate health recommendations, exercise suggestions, and more comprehensive sleep analysis without any extra effort on your part.
In my daily routine, I use it for exercise, step counting, heart rate monitoring, and sleep tracking. When I'm studying, the notifications synced with my Samsung phone mean I don't have to constantly pull out my phone. For streaming or gaming, I use it as a quick control: I see who's calling, change music, and check messages without interrupting what I'm doing. It's also useful at work or in class for receiving alerts, timers, and reminders.
The battery lasts well through a busy day, and the Watch 8 Classic's system is fluid, with fast apps and practical features like payments, calls, and calendar. Overall, it's a complete watch that makes my routine more organized and healthier.

Great Features needs some work on esthetics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy watch 8 classic is responsive, has great features and looks nice. With that being, I am not too fawn of the look. I did not like that Samsung added a hard plastic next to the buttons it cheapens the look in my opinion. I got the withe one since I still have my Galaxy watch Classic and that one has the black vessel and ring. I don't know if nit is just me but I felt my galaxy watch 3 classic and galaxy watch classic had a better battery life, it maybe that the 8 classic has more features and they seem to be active more of the time using more battery. Overall a great watch, but I hope in future versions they go for a more classic look like the Galaxy Watch 3 Classic or the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic.
