Affordable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  These hearing aids are comfortable, unless you wear glasses. I find their bother the back of my ear when wearing my glasses. The sound is good , clear and not much static .  The negatives are putting the tiny battery in the back of the aid, and having to adjust it in the back and not connected to a cell phone.

Small, lightweight and comfortable to wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried it for two weeks before I reviewed it to give an honest review. I have tinnitus in one ear with hearing loss and I've tried many hearing amplifiers and it's hard to find the right match. I really liked these they are small, light weight and comfortable. The only con is people who are farsighted or have shaky hands may have a hard time inserting the battery, it's a very small compartment and it doesn't have noise cancelling. At a restaurant I had to turn it up to hear over the noise and it started screeching really loud the same with loud music. So I mainly wear them at home and around my yard.

Excellent clarity and amplification

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an experienced hearing aid user I was very impressed with these Nexus hearing aids. They were light and easy to tuck behind the ears. Once inserted they were almost invisible. The black case blended in with my dark hair. The clarity and amplification were the best of any OTC aid I have tried so far. The units use zinc air A13 batteries (they should put the battery # on the outside packaging because I had to search through the users manual to find it). Highly recommended, especially for those with moderate hearing loss.

Ceretone Nexus behind the Ear!

I could adjust them to my needs. Ease of putting in the batteries was great. I could hear surprisingly well! The only problem is they are not rechargeable and that is a must for me personally.

Not bad

I had my relative , that can't hear good, for her it would need to be adjusted by a professional. They did last all day.

Good quality hearing aids offer clear crisp sound

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 10 years and decided to give these a try to see if there was any noticeable difference in my hearing using some of the settings that these offer.
The hearing aids themselves seem well made. The controls for on/off and volume are easy to use. The wire that’s connects the main body to the earpiece is fairly stiff and will retain its shape which helps in inserting the earpiece. There are 3 different size earbuds included (S,M,L). There is also what they call a retention wire, which is really just a thin piece of nylon that you pull to remove the earpiece from your ear. You are supposed to tuck this in the bowl of your ear, but I had trouble keeping it there. I finally cut part of it off and then was able to make it stay tucked in.
Some of the nice features are that these are rechargeable, and a full charge will last all day. The volume setting has 6 levels and each hearing aid is independent of the other. They also offer 4 different listening modes for different environment settings. They are Normal, Restaurant, Outdoor and Music. I had the opportunity to try all 4 of these out and although I could notice some difference between Normal and the other settings, the Restaurant setting seem to help the most in blocking some of the surroundings sounds coming from all directions. I also notice that the Music setting seemed to make the music sharper. I’m for sure other users would experience different results based on their type of hearing lost.
It would be nice is if these would Bluetooth to your phone. That would also give you the capabilities to use these a earbuds for speaking on the phone and to listen to music or other streaming services.
If you are looking for OTC hearing aids, these would be a good choice for the price and quality. They fit comfortably and the enhanced sound quality is clear and crisp.
I would recommend these.

Uncomplicated to use

Comfortable and Clerity

They fit well and the sound you hear is definitely amplified! The only thing I would say is that when you are wearing them, your own voice is amplified too, so if that doesn’t bother you go ahead and give them a chance! They are easy to use and budget friendly! I have them a 4 star because you have to take the battery out to extend the life!
