Ordered this just after Christmas This blender is perfect and strong I just love it, works extremely well to make smoothies which is mainly why I bought it
Gotta give it one star, because I returned it before even turning it on. This is a pretty large blender, and barely fits under a kitchen cabinet that is at STANDARD height. That would be okay, but the thing has suction cups on the bottom, so it can't simply be slid in under the cabinet. Kind of a deal breaker already. Add to that the unnecessarily complex lid locking mechanism, overall flimsy build quality, and issues that I knew about before picking one up (mold building up, cracking, melting jugs, etc...), and it just makes me wonder who designed these things, and what were they thinking about when they did so? I never realized before this episode, how difficult it is to find a good blender. The ones with glass jugs seem to be prone to leaks around the blade mechanism, while the plastic ones seem prone to premature cracking and mold buildup. This one has the added bonus of really poor design.
I think we finally have the holy grail of blenders. We have wrecked a few making smoothies and this blender CRUSHED it. I've made smoothies and then riced veggies on the lowest setting. Cleans up so easy in the dishwasher as the cherry on top.
