I got my blendtec blender for Christmas in 2012. My brother had one would blend spinach shakes that his young kids would drink.
I rely on my blender to make healthy, delicious shakes that my family will drink in the morning and have after my daily workouts. I've tried other blenders but none compare to the smooth consistency of my blendtec shakes as well as the ease of cleaning the blender.
When my base had an issue, I emailed using the company website and someone got back to me quickly. I informed the blendtec associate of the issues I was having and I was given options of how to resolve the issues. I choose to send my blender in and get a refurbished blender because I would receive the exchanged blender in 4-6 business days.
I went a few days trying to use a different blender but it wasn't the same. I had been drinking oatmeal berry shakes and spinach shakes for 4 years and I would have never made a second set if I had to use a different blender.
My husband received our replacement blender and let me know it had arrived. when I got home, I was so excited and relieved to get back to my normal routine that I hugged my Blendtec blender.
The warranty and service are just a good as the product. I'm a Belndtec fan for life!

I have owned the Blendtec Classic Wild Side for a month now. I absolutely love it. It blends soups to a silky smooth texture that has the mouthfeel of a cream soup without the cream. A great purchase!

I had this blender for over a month and I love this blender and I used it every single day for making my smoothie. So I also used it to mill wheat flour. The jar is great for smoothie but when you used this for milling it is not so great. The bottom of my jar now is cloudy and scratch due to milling and the company does not cover warranty on it. So this blender is great except the jar material needs more improvement. So I gave it three star.
