As an Award Winning Chef with restaurants, bestselling recipe books and App. I require the best Blender possible and that is in fact Blendtec. It does everything I need it to consistently, powerfully and its patented blade design is gorgeous. It’s easy fun and easy to use I love how food and ingredients do not get stuck under the specially designed blade. I’ve used many in my restaurants and it does everything so smoothly, quickly and efficiently. Each one lasts for many years and amazes me I truly recommend Blendtec Blenders. Each function, button and aspect of its design is truly the best and so easy to clean as well. It makes my job as a Chef very enjoyable and allows me the creative power needed to invent totally new innovative recipes and techniques. Blendtec Blenders allows you to reach the next level.

Great blender until it isn’t…

Bought a blender and the pitcher lasted 2 yrs until is was grinding … was sent a new pitcher and it hasn’t even lasted a year and it’s grinding again! I use 1-2xs a day for coffee and smoothie only! So disappointing… thought I was investing in a reliable product :(

Thank you for sharing your experience. As the Customer Service Manager, I can certainly understand your disappointment, especially after replacing the jar and experiencing a similar issue less than a year later.
While a grinding noise can sometimes indicate wear within the jar, it can also be related to the ingredients being blended or how they interact with the blade assembly. Since you're primarily making coffee drinks and smoothies, we'd like the opportunity to learn a little more about what you're blending and troubleshoot the issue with you.
Please give our Customer Service team a call at 1-800-748-5400, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST, and ask for Crystal. I'd be happy to review the situation with you and help determine what's causing the noise.

Still going…over 18 years

I love this. Been going strong for over 18 years. I’ve had to get a new pitcher. I juice vegetable whole. Lately beets, lemons (the whole seedless lemon), ginger, apples and carrots.

I’ve had my Blendtec for almost 14 years now and use it regularly (4-5 smoothies a week at least). It works as good today as it did when I first brought it home, great product. Very few things are still built with such quality to last like this blender!

Best & Most Reliable Blender I've Ever Owned! It's Everything It's Advertised To Be! On My 2nd Carafe/Jar In 16 Years. The Original Four Side Jar Wore Out After About 8 Years And I Purchased The Upgraded Version Of The Wildside Jar. It's Been Going Strong All These Years. Even When We Thought It Might Be On Its Way Out, It Came Back To Life.
This Thing Is Like A Tank. It's Been So Reliable, I've Just Purchased Three More Blendtec Blenders; Another Total Blender As A Gift, A Designer 725 & A Professional 800. We Love Our Blendtec Blenders And Are Very Excited To Get Many More Years Out Of All Of The Models We Own. Blendtec Definitely Blends And Keeps On Blending Strong!

I have a friend who owns a smoothie and cookie shop. I asked her what type of blender is that she uses to make the smoothies. It was blendtec. Ive been hooked ever since. Its worth the money!

Going strong 14 years later.

I purchased this blender new 14 years ago, and it is still going strong. Yes, it is loud, but I have gotten used to it over the years. The preset programs are incredibly convenient and take the guesswork out of how long to blend. I use it for everything from milling grain and grinding coffee to smoothies, soups, dips, spreads, and juices. Hands down, it is the best kitchen appliance purchase I have ever made.
