Love how the Blentec crushes ice and frozen fruit and makes everything so smooth. This is an amazing machine. Great for so many food items. The way this machine will grind rice into a fine flower. I also like how it will blend hot soup.

I submitted a claim via online because my jar was creating a smoke and burnt the seal after heavy use for 3 years. I got a new jar fairly quickly.
The only thing is the new clear plastic piece for the lid is much smaller and fell into the garbage disposal and distroyed it on first day. :-(. Thankfully I still have the old one that I kept. Regardless, awesome service!

We bought this after burning through 2 or 3 cheap blenders. We used the one my mom has, and fell in love with its performance and consistency. So we bit the bullet and paid $320 at our local Costco for one. It really is worth it though, considering how often we make smoothies and that it has an 8 year warranty. I would buy it again at that price.
