I purchased mine about 5 yrs ago and it's still sharp!! Peels like a brand new one!! I won't go back to any other peeler!!

Large Veg Peeler

I love these and try to keep a new one on hand. They are excellent for cutting corn from the cob to make creamed corn.....first use the cutting edge to snip off the tips of the kernels, then flip the peeler over and use the straight edge to scrape out all of the interior of the kernel. Fast & easy!!
