I love these and try to keep a new one on hand. They are excellent for cutting corn from the cob to make creamed corn.....first use the cutting edge to snip off the tips of the kernels, then flip the peeler over and use the straight edge to scrape out all of the interior of the kernel. Fast & easy!!

My mother bought me one 40 years ago from the he women's auxiliary of the Methodist Church. It is worn out almost. I need a new one maybe it wl last my son as long as he is around. In 73 won't need it for another 40 years. But need it now.
