This peeler is fabulous for all peeling but it’s the best I’ve ever seen for hollowing out jalapeño peppers. I make poppers a lot and this does the job in one turn. I use the knives too as my always go to. You can’t go wrong with any of these products. Thank you Rada!

This is one of my favorite products, the large vegetable peeler. We have a large family and we cook big meals. I can peel 5lb of potatoes with this peeler in 10 minutes. Last year I bought 12 of these for Christmas gifts, also the tomato knife!

I have been a cook for since I was 12 (now 78 !!) I HAVE NEVER USED A BETTER PEELER !!!!!!!
I have had this one since 1989 (yes same one!!) & it is STILL very sharp does a WONDERFUL job (I also use it to "do" cheese!!)
I have given one as gifts many times. I feel it WILL NOT BECOME a "recycled 12/25'er" ....
I have many Rada items ALLLLLLL ARE GREAT !!!!! NEVER have a "worry' about buying one.....JUST be READY
w/ wallet in hand to buy MORE !!!!! the yes or no below IS NOT ENOUGH Y E S !!!!!!!!!!!! j

I've had good experience with other RADA products, and after being increasingly frustrated with peelers that didn't work, even a brand new one, I splurged on a Rada peeler. The small increase in price is more than compensated by my satisfaction that I finally have something that works.
