These items do not seem as sharp as your items usually are and have had a hard time cutting carrots and apples. I have not had this problem with Rada Cutlery in the past.

My old peeler was a 1960's model. How easy it was to peel vegetables with my new Rada peeler! Wish I had gotten this years ago. I also have several knives from Rada. A superior product. Thanks Rada!
