Bought a Rada peeler 20years ago(or more) at a flea market in NH.Works as good today as the day I bought it.The new one is not the same.It peels but not with the same ease as thenew one.

I thought maybe it just had a learning curve but unfortunately even after a few months this thing is just unusable. It doesn’t have any swivel to it and there are protruding pieces that consistently catch on the vegetable. Every time I use it I hurt my hands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m really not a fan. I don’t like the feel of the peeler in my hand. The small round handle doesn’t fit well and the shape is not as ergonomic as others I have. When peeling under water or with wet hands there is some slippage.
