I have had issues removing the bin and getting it back together after cleaning it;; had to clean filter after 3 uses which means the vacuum cannot be used again for 24 hours. The handheld unit is heavy to me. Suction is great .

I have all vinyl plank flooring except for a 16ft x16ft area carpet with a very short nap. The motorized head continuously stops whenever the vacuum is pushed forward regardless of the power level.

Love this new model, wow so much dirt I wasn't seeing. This is a bit heavier than other models,but the suction power is fabulous and adjusts as needed. Only had it for a month but if it lasts like my dyson 8 animal and the older models, I will be thrilled.

I bought the V15 because my old V7 was in need of another battery (10 years old and 3 batteries bought). I just love the V15 with it's LED light accessory. I didn't realize how much dust and dog fur I wasn't seeing with just the daylight. I like the battery guide that lets you change the setting and see the battery usage. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Very happy with the vacuum so far. Beware! The green light that shows all the dust and hair can trigger anxiety for people that thought their house was clean! Just kidding! It is great! The pet hair tool is wonderful for removing hair from pet beds and couch covers. I have actually used the multi function head when I want to vacuum but don’t want to see all the hair and dust I may be missing! 🤪
