I love everything about this vacuum except that there's no "on" switch. It's necessary to hold the trigger the entire time of operation.

My mom bought this for me and I absolutely love it. The suction power is amazing and the attachments are great! I only wish it was a little lighter in weight. Otherwise, it’s amazing! The led light on the hardwood really shows EVERYTHING!

I really like my Dyson vacuum. The only problem I have with is the stick part of the attachment is very tight. I have to hold the vacuum between my legs & pull hard to get it to come apart or have my husband help me pull it apart.

I did the Dyson challenge with my old Dyson when I received my detect. Holy smokes, the amount of dirt my Dyson was leaving behind even impressed my husband! I love that the light shows me what I need to pick up on my tile floor. So happy I have this in my life!

Ordered this to replace our old V15 but the performance and quality seem to be lower than the one it’s replacing. Barely bump the roller brush and it makes a terrible noise, and must be from the thin plastic deforming around the powered roller. We did not have this on our original V15, so a lot has changed in the 5+ years since our original cleaner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since I’m sure a lot of seniors use your product I would suggest on your next model find a way to automatically stay powered up without having to continually squeeze the trigger .also making the space between the trigger and trigger guard a little bigger. This would solve anyone with arthritis or large fingers.

Pay attention to the reviews. The unit is heavy and the run button that doesn't stay turn on makes it a bit of a pain to operate. If you do not have good upper body strength do not get this unit.
It cleans get and I was surprised by the amount of dirt it got out of my carpet.
